Ian McDonald
With 42 years experience in real estate, Ian has a profound knowledge and expertise of the industry and its corporate governance. He has served for 17 years as a director of PGC, is a past Chairman, a member of the International Committee, and has been Company Secretary since 2000.
He was Chairman of the ProfessionalsTM Victoria from 1988 to 1996, is Chairman of the Professional Standards Panel, Chairman of Arbitration Panel of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria since 1994. Other accreditations include Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (Valuers and Land Economists), Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Australia, Certified Practising Estate Agent, Member Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (England), Associate of the Australian Institute of Arbitrators. Member Australian Institute of Company Directors Since 1983 Ian has led a flourishing real estate agency in Bacchus Marsh, 53 km north of Melbourne. As a leading citizen of Bacchus Marsh, he somehow finds time to be involved with community service as a Rotarian and Streetlife/Chamber of Commerce.
