The opportunity
We are seeking a Property Manager to join our experienced team, where you will be trained and guided by our PM Coordinators but still remain responsible for managing a portfolio of properties whilst being supported by an assistant. The role includes but isn’t limited to-
- Appraising, leasing and inspecting properties under management
- Sourcing and securing new owners and managements
- Sourcing and vetting new tenants
- Assessing and managing maintenance and repairs
- Arrears management
- Rent reviews
- Lease renewals
- Maintaining regular contact with and providing updates to owners and tenants

Skills & experience
You will be required to obtain a WA certificate of registration in Property Management but this is not essential when first applying for the position. In addition you should also possess the following-
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Excellent organisational skills
- Great time management
- Be able to multi task
- Have proven negotiation and communication skills
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively & independently
- Have a friendly & positive attitude
