About Denise

In 1971 Bill and Denise opened BW Backhouse & Associates Real Estate office in Rossmoyne. Soon there was a requirement to extend the Sales Department to provide a Property Management Service to Investor clients.

BW Backhouse & Associates was one of the inaugural WA Agent offices when the Professionals Real Estate group formed, some 35 years ago.

Interest in Property Management then extended to Denise assisting in setting up the Professionals Property Management Chapter, focusing on putting in place Systems and Procedures and arranging training sessions for the growing group of offices over the next 10 years

Tenancy Legislation was changing and prescribed Property Management documentation was introduced as a standard requirement.

During this time Denise spent over 2 years part time lecturing at REIWA Training in the area of Property Management.

The many loyal and focused staff who have worked alongside Bill and Denise over the years have played a key role in the success of the agency.
