Sally Fulford - Senior Property Manager
Sally began working for BW Backhouse & Associates in 2009 in a Receptionist role. In gaining Property Manager Registration Sally then moved into an Assistant Property Manager’s role at the same time carrying out administration duties. In her role as Assistant Property Manager Sally has extended her knowledge across all four unfurnished property portfolios and is able assist the Property Manager in each instance often with additional information gleaned from previously carrying out property inspections and vacate bond inspections.
Sally also assists the Property Managers in preparing ingoing Tenancy documentation, attending to meeting with the new ingoing Tenants and explaining to them their rights and obligations in signing their documents. In her Administration role Sally attends to water consumption accounts; now coming every two months; attaching appropriate invoices detailing the Tenants payment portion and recording for payment. Data entering and monitoring the rental property web site advertising with each Property Manager on a daily basis is a time consuming role. Data entering and preparing Bond statements and Bond disposal forms for the four Property Managers to check and then post out is of great assistance to them. When required Sally prepares Court documentation in relation to release of bonds as necessary. Sally is competent in attending a Court Hearing on behalf of an Owner where we are seeking vacant possessions or managing a bond dispute on the Owners behalf.
Sally gives high importance to how our Tenants maintain the Owners property and is both fair but firm in requiring the standard of the home is maintained. The Property Management department all benefit from Sally’s input, contribution and careful consideration given to each task at hand.
She is a courteous, competent hard worker who enjoys assisting both clients and employees alike.
