About Don
A seasoned veteran in the realm of property management, and whose career has been as diverse and dynamic as the properties he has managed, Don’s professional journey spans nearly three decades. Having served in the Australian Army for 15 years, an experience that instilled in him a strong sense of duty and a knack for strategic thinking, Don then transitioned these traits into the world of property management. In 1987, Don embarked on his new career path with our Property Management Department. After nine years of honing his skills with us, Don took his expertise to Frankston in 1996 where he continued to excel in property management. Despite his success in Frankston, Don's loyalty to our company brought him back to us in 2003. Since then, he has been an integral part of our team, managing properties ranging from 200 to nearly 2000 units. His vast experience has made him well-versed in all aspects of property management and its legal requirements. As an REIV Certified Agents Representative and awarded the Top Property Manager Excellence Award in 2019, 2020 & 2022, Don is not only knowledgeable but also highly credible in his field. Outside the office, Don is a doting grandfather who enjoys spending quality time with his grandkids. He also has a penchant for adventure which he satisfies by riding his motorbike across the picturesque landscapes of Victoria. Don lives by the motto "Be kind", a philosophy he extends to his professional life where he treats every client with respect and kindness, ensuring their property management needs are met with utmost care and professionalism.
