Born in Lismore, Cheryl moved to NZ with her parents in 1965. She completed her Psychology Education BA at Auckland University and went on to complete her Teachers Certificate at Epsom, Auckland. She returned to Australia with her two children 18 years ago and settled in the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Her career has encompassed Corporate Sales, Industry based Market Research, Data Base & Office management. Customer Service in various industries including Fitness & Health, Medical equipment and other service oriented industries.
Recently returning to Ballina for family reasons she has taken the opportunity to combine her strong customer service orientation and interest in Real Estate. Her approach to sales is one of facilitator and ensuring that the process is transparent and as smooth as possible for both parties. This commitment includes assisting vendors maximise the potential of their property and its exposure in the market. After 3 months learning from a well known local female agent, Cheryl quickly established herself with 4 listings and 7 sales in a few weeks demonstrated an understanding of the market and an ability to achieve excellent results through an open transparent approach to the sales and negotiation process.
