Margaret Rourke - Accounts Manager
I have been with the Company for nearly 26 years now working in the Lilydale office in various roles including property management, administration and accounting. My sub-agents licence has equipped me to meet landlord technical requirements Working with highly experienced and respected senior property managers has been fortunate, as it has added to my extensive experience of property management. My current role as Accounts Manager means that I am responsible for ensuring that rental collections are properly accounted for and promptly paid to landlords. Liaison with landlords to ensure the understanding of their monthly statements and the end of year financials is a responsibility that I treat as a priority. I enjoy the industry because of the diversity of people that I deal with. I believe that one of my strengths is my ability to communicate with and relate to people. Serving the community through involvement with the Scout Association as a Cub Leader for more than 20 years has further enhanced my organisational and social skills. These days I am kept very busy running after my four beautiful grandchildren on my days off.
