About Tracey
Tracey started her career as a legal secretary back in the early 1980's but in 1986 she joined the family business. As a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent, Tracey knows all facets of the business, having worked in Sales, Property Management and Front Reception. As a landlord herself, she can also empathize with the common concerns a new investor may have.
As Property Manager, she works closely with her support staff to manage the rent roll and assist our landlords to grow their portfolios and secure their future investments. Having worked as a Salesperson and a Property Manager, Tracey has a sound and grounded knowledge of the business and is able to use her experience and expertise to assist her clients and provide professional guidance. When we asked Tracey what her formula for success was, she answered; "It's easy really; I just treat each property as if it were my own".
