A Mermaid Beach stalwart, John worked in real estate in the Mermaid Beach area for over 30 years as a highly respected Real Estate Agent, Licensed Auctioneer and the Owner of Professionals Mermaid Beach, who saw the rise and development of the Gold Coast area. Perhaps one of the major elements of John's success was his unaffected and genuine character that was evident in all his dealings and earned him such a well-deserved reputation. John lived locally in Mermaid Beach until his death and was always enthusiastic and willing to impart his wealth of real estate knowledge onto all his clients. John believed selling real estate was a job for professionals and John prided himself on his team's commitment to excellence. John also believed in always putting something back into the community and started the agency's long term sponsorship of the three local Surf Life Saving Clubs.
His high profile office he established in 1973 has been placed in second position in the whole of Queensland for the Professionals Group for all of the past seven years. The office John founded has been responsible for successfully marketing many high profile real estate properties over many years.
