Professionals’ Future Leaders have been given an insight into the key to longevity in business – put the hard yards into nurturing a life outside the office.
Marcus Pearce, wellness and longevity coach and author, was a key-note speaker at Professionals’ Future Leaders Wellness Retreat in Byron Bay last week with AFL legend and leadership coach Simon Black who shared his wisdom for creating high-performing teams.
Professionals Chief Executive Officer Katherine Gonzalez-Cork said the two-day invitation-only Future Leaders’ Retreat was an opportunity for some of the national network’s brightest up-coming leaders to hear from inspirational speakers and receive mentoring from the industry’s best.
“The participants in Professionals’ Future Leaders program are part of the succession plan for their long established offices, often as second-generation leaders, or the top performers buying into their own office,’’ Ms Gonzalez-Cork said.
“Our Future Leaders program helps participants take the next step in their succession plan and confidently move forward in their careers.’’
