With over ten successful years of being a part of Professionals Armadale Real Estate, I absolutely love my job. I enjoy seeing a good outcome where both the buyer and seller walk away with a win, it’s a real buzz.
I myself, have made the move from a country town in New Zealand to Perth and have moved my family a few times as our needs changed so I know the stress of moving house well. As your real estate agent, I am friendly, open, and trustworthy. I’m known to be a team member who is compassionate and able to deal with issues calmly.
The process starts with a thorough appraisal. I have great experience selling in the City of Armadale, this coupled with well-researched sales evidence, I will list homes with a ‘spot on’ price, ready to sell. Once we list your property, I will keep in contact, follow up all leads and give feedback from home opens. I am committed to working hard. Then, in my spare time I enjoy having fun with my family and friends watching sport, playing rugby and seeing live music.
My background is in sales and customer service. I worked for Harvey Norman both on the floor and in leadership roles which gave me a strong base to enter negotiations. I do my best to keep this phase stress free, I do the hard work and can accurately judge and advise on all offers… ultimately, to get the best price for your home.
