About Larissa

Originally hailing from the scenic Bay of Plenty in New Zealand, Larissa relocated to the Goldfields in search of new prospects and found herself a natural to the Real Estate industry, after previously spending many years in law.

As a sales consultant with many years of Property Management experience, she is able to seamlessly transition clients from investment owners to satisfied sellers, and tenants into successful homeowners with smooth continuation of managements and minimal interruption to current tenancies.

Treating each of her clients’ properties with as much dedication, initiative and empathy as she would if she were dealing with her own home, Larissa says that ‘The key is not to prioritize what’s on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities’.

Outside of work, Larissa is currently renovating her newest abode by the ocean, spending time with her grown-up children, their animals & soaking up plenty of cuddles with her new little granddaughter.
