Born and raised in Melbourne, Bassam Salem learned the importance of customer service and the art of sales from a young age.

Growing up working in his family’s businesses, he developed a passion for sales and building long-term relationships with clients.

Bassam began his career as a Building Manager in Melbourne’s CBD before transitioning into residential real estate sales, where he found his true passion.

Driven by a commitment to exceptional service, Bassam strives to ensure every client’s needs are not only met but exceeded. He is passionate about delivering a high standard of service and aims to positively change how real estate agents are perceived by providing honest advice, strong communication and outstanding results.

Having lived in Keilor Downs for over 15 years, Bassam has developed a strong understanding of the local community and property market. His local knowledge and market insight allow him to provide a personalised experience and help his clients achieve their property goals.

Outside of real estate, Bassam enjoys playing soccer, exploring new restaurants around Melbourne and catching a Carlton game at Marvel Stadium whenever he gets the chance.
