Lilian Dukovski

Lilian is the owner and Principal of Professionals Gosford. Prior to joining the real estate industry Lilian worked in the corporate world dealing closely with the State and Federal Governments in many large submissions and projects with a variety of stakeholders. It is this professional background which has given Lilian the ability to deliver a high level of service all of our clients.

Having worked for the likes of Belle Property Neutral Bay , Richardson + Wrench Chatswood, Ray White Epping - all premier and leading agencies in those suburbs; her success led to her investing in the Central Coast by setting up this agency to provide a high level of customer service. Lilian lives in the Central Coast and has been for over 10-years - the lifestyle, the community and the people are unbeatable!

Lilian understands the importance of well executed sales and leasing campaigns, effective prospective purchaser follow up, providing timely feedback and asset management to include rent collection, repairs and on-going maintenance and works. Lilian’s practical knowledge lends a unique balance to the agency.

Lilian has worked in the sales and property management side of real estate - unlike other Principals who only have an interest in sales.
