Kylie Kennedy has been part of the real estate industry since 2002, bringing more than 20 years of experience and extensive knowledge to her role within Team Kennedy. Throughout her career, Kylie has worked alongside some of Perth’s leading real estate agents, gaining valuable insight into the industry and the many elements that contribute to a successful property journey. 

When James Kennedy entered the real estate industry in 2009, Kylie eventually joined forces with him, helping build and establish Team Kennedy. Since then, she has become an integral part of the business and plays an important role in supporting the team and ensuring clients receive a professional and seamless experience. 

Known for her warm, friendly, and approachable nature, Kylie genuinely enjoys helping clients throughout their property journey.
