After a career spanning 33 years in the Australian hospitality Industry and 16 years running the iconic Joondalup Resort in Perth, Western Australia, Wayne decided to pursue his lifelong passion for real estate, which began at the age of 17 when he purchased his first block of land in Rye, Victoria. It was in 2018 that he resigned from Joondalup Resort to make the move into real estate, launching his own agency and brand from an office in the Heathridge shopping centre.

With a strong and reputable background in hospitality it has always been his job and mission to go above and beyond his client’s expectations and to deliver them an unforgettable service in all aspects possible. Utilising his experience in prioritising customer service and delivering this exceptional experience Wayne provides a hospitality like service when looking after his clients in the property industry.

Wayne is very passionate about assisting people to achieve their goals. The most satisfying aspect of his job is knowing he has helped someone, whether it’s giving general advice on the real estate market, assisting a purchaser in securing their first home, selling a client’s property or helping an investor to add to their portfolio. The art of service, negotiation and results is what my brand stands for.

Wayne is heavily involved within community events such as sponsoring the local Joondalup Giants Rugby Club in Heathridge and also donating many items to local schools and companies throughout his time operating his agency in Heathridge. Wayne prides himself on his positive can-do attitude and being involved with the community around him.
