As the eldest son of Stuart & Colleen Patrick, I started in the family business in my teens so I will soon be celebrating my 40th year in real estate.  I have been a resident of Sandgate my whole life and I truly believe there is no better place to call home.  I believe in good old fashioned service.  I pride myself in being well versed in real estate law as well as staying up to date with technology and computer programmes, all of which, combined with many years of experience ensures you will receive the service you deserve.
