With 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, including a decade specialising in trust accounting, Sam Wilks brings extensive industry knowledge, financial expertise, and a strong commitment to accuracy to her role as Trust Accountant. 

Sam has a sharp eye for numbers and takes pride in maintaining the high level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail required in real estate trust accounting. Her willingness to assist others and her approachable nature make her a trusted source of support for both clients and colleagues. 

Sam enjoys the variety that comes with working in real estate and thrives in a busy environment. She is motivated by staying productive and appreciates the opportunity to connect with different people every day. With her extensive industry experience, Sam understands that property plays an important role in people's lives and values the opportunity to contribute to each client's experience. 

Outside of work, Sam enjoys spending time with her five-year-old daughter and their Maltese Shih Tzu, Sadie. They love shopping, dining out, and socialising with friends. When she has time to unwind, Sam enjoys watching the sunset at Trigg Beach before relaxing with a glass of wine at Canteen. 

A passionate traveller, Sam dreams of experiencing the northern lights in Sweden or Norway and enjoys colder destinations where she can explore and embrace the winter atmosphere. She also has a love of Asian cuisine and a lifelong appreciation for the arts, having previously worked in an art gallery before returning to her passion for real estate.
