Trust Accounting and Administration Support — Alison Cross 

Alison Cross is a dedicated Assistant Trust Accountant who brings strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills to her role. Originally from Cornwall, England, Alison joined the team with a diverse professional background in tourism, where she worked closely with property owners and guests while leading a busy team. 

Her previous experience developed her ability to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively, and remain calm under pressure. These skills have translated naturally into her role in real estate, where attention to detail, organisation, and reliability are essential. 

Alison enjoys the variety that comes with working in real estate and appreciates the opportunity to support both property owners and tenants throughout their journey with Professionals. Caring, highly organised, and approachable, she takes pride in providing dependable support and ensuring tasks are handled efficiently and professionally. 

Since joining the team, Alison has continued to build her knowledge of real estate and trust accounting, embracing new challenges and developing her skills within the industry. Her willingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong work ethic make her a valued member of the team. 

Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time at the beach with her partner, listening to live music, and catching up with friends. She also enjoys relaxing with her two tabby cats, Niah and Nova, who made the journey from Cornwall to Perth with her, as well as staying connected with family and friends back home. 

A lover of Thai food, sunshine, and a good book, Alison enjoys warm destinations with beautiful beaches and a little adventure. She hopes to visit the Philippines and explore more of Southeast Asia in the future.
