About Nat

Nat offers over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, and the last 14 years living on our beautiful Capricorn Coast, Nat is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to anything relating to Property Management and current legislation requirements.

After many years as a Property Manager, Nat has transitioned into an administrative role as support to the Property Management team and oversees the Property Management Accounts. This includes processing of all maintenance invoices, daily receipting of tenants' rental payments, and disbursement of owner and creditor payments.  You will likely hear from Nat regularly as she will also be overseeing the lease renewals and assisting with maintenance.

In her spare time, Nat enjoys going to the gym and spending time with her family and close friends. A sneaky family trip away to Thailand is always on the cards too!
