Property Management and Valuation Specialist — Bradley Stevens   

With more than 25 years of experience in the property industry, Bradley Stevens brings extensive knowledge across property valuation, property management, and investment properties. His diverse career has given him a comprehensive understanding of the property industry, along with a practical perspective on the needs of property owners, investors, and tenants. 

Bradley began his career in South Africa in the late 1990s, conducting property valuations while completing his tertiary studies. He later joined one of South Africa’s major banks, specialising in property valuations for mortgage lending. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in property assessment and a detailed understanding of the factors that influence property value. 

In 2006, Bradley established his own valuation business, providing residential and commercial property valuations for banks and private clients. Running his own business further developed his communication, client management, and problem-solving skills, while giving him valuable experience working with a diverse range of property owners and stakeholders. 

After relocating to New Zealand with his family in 2013, Bradley transitioned into property management. Over the following decade, he developed extensive experience managing residential homes and investment properties, gaining a strong understanding of the responsibilities involved in protecting and managing property investments while maintaining positive relationships with tenants. 

Bradley also brings valuable first-hand experience to his role, having been a tenant, property owner, and property investor himself. This allows him to approach property management from multiple perspectives and understand the priorities and challenges faced by both owners and tenants. 

After relocating to Australia with his family in February 2026, Bradley continues to apply his extensive property industry knowledge to delivering reliable, professional property management services. As an External Property Manager, he takes a proactive and solutions-focused approach, with strong communication and attention to detail at the centre of his service. 

Bradley is committed to creating smooth, efficient, and stress-free property management experiences. He works closely with property owners to understand their goals and provides practical support throughout the management of their investment properties, while ensuring tenants receive professional and responsive service. 

Outside of work, Bradley enjoys staying active and making the most of the outdoors. He can often be found on the golf course or out fishing.
