About Bradley

Bradley has over 25 years of experience in the property industry, bringing a wealth of knowledge across valuations and property management.

He began his career in South Africa in the late 1990s, conducting property valuations for a small firm while completing his tertiary studies. He later joined one of South Africa’s major banks, specialising in valuations for mortgage lending.

In 2006, Bradley established his own valuation business, providing residential and commercial property valuations for banks and private clients.

In 2013, Bradley and his family relocated to New Zealand, where he transitioned into property management. Over the next decade, he developed extensive experience managing homes and investment properties, gaining a deep understanding of both landlord and tenant needs. Having also been a tenant, property owner, and investor himself, Bradley brings a balanced, real-world perspective to managing properties and building strong client relationships.

In February 2026, Bradley relocated to Australia with his family and continues to apply his expertise in delivering reliable, professional property management services.

Bradley is known for his solutions-focused approach, strong communication, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for both property owners and tenants. His goal is to create smooth, efficient, and stress-free property management experiences.

Outside of work, Bradley enjoys staying active and can often be found on the golf course or out fishing.
