In her role, Christina oversees the day-to-day management of residential rental properties, coordinating property maintenance, conducting routine and final inspections, managing tenancy matters, and ensuring every property is managed efficiently and in accordance with current legislation. Her proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail help create a seamless property management experience for both landlords and tenants. 

Holding a Diploma of Property (Agency Management), Christina is committed to ongoing professional development and maintaining the highest standards of service. She believes that clear, prompt communication is the foundation of successful property management and works closely with property owners and tenants to build trust, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every client feels informed and supported throughout their property journey.
