Real Estate Reception and AML Compliance Specialist — Hannah Coles  

Hannah Coles is a dedicated Receptionist and AML Compliance Officer who brings three years of experience in the settlement industry and a growing knowledge of real estate to her role. With a strong focus on client service, compliance, and attention to detail, Hannah plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients while supporting the team with essential compliance requirements. 

As the first point of contact for the business, Hannah is committed to providing a warm and welcoming experience for every client. She assists with enquiries, helps clients access the information they need, and ensures their interactions with the office are smooth, friendly, and professional. 

In her role as AML Compliance Officer, Hannah oversees AML cases and supports the team in meeting current Anti-Money Laundering requirements. She provides clear guidance to sales representatives, buyers, and sellers throughout the compliance process, helping ensure the necessary requirements are understood and completed while keeping the experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible for clients. 

Having spent the past three years working within a settlement agency, Hannah brings valuable insight into the property transaction process and is excited to expand her experience across the broader real estate industry. She is currently working towards obtaining her real estate registration as she continues to develop her knowledge and professional expertise. 

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with friends and family, discovering aesthetic cafés, and taking on the challenge of escape rooms. With a background in dance, she has a strong passion for movement and fitness and currently participates in CrossFit. She particularly enjoys being part of the CrossFit community and is working towards becoming a coach.
