About Kenslee

I've spent 12 years in real estate, and 10 of those were in the trenches doing day-to-day property management. I know the job inside out: the phone that doesn't stop, the paperwork that never ends, and the owners and tenants who are relying on you to get it right.

After a decade of that, I stepped out to try something different. I moved into software sales and then compliance services, working with agencies right across WA.  I never saw myself as a salesperson, but it turns out talking to people and knowing your stuff goes a long way.  It also gave me a front-row seat to how agencies operate, what works, and what doesn't.

I came back to property management because I like delivering outcomes, and I want to change how people see this industry.  Most property managers care a lot. They just get buried in admin.  My job is to build the systems that clear that admin away so the team can focus on the people.

I joined Professionals Stirling Clark as Head of Department because "people first" isn't just a line on the wall here.  I'm straight to the point, I'll always give you an honest answer, and if something goes wrong I'll tackle it head on.

Outside of work, I'm a mum of three, so I'm very good at juggling, and I've learned not to sweat the small stuff.
