Steve was born and raised on the Gold Coast and spent much of his younger life by the water’s edge on this stunning Northern tip of the Coast. He has continued this tradition by choosing to invest and live with his wife and young family at Paradise Point. Steve particularly loves the relaxed community lifestyle, lack of traffic mayhem and the easy access to beautiful clean waterways and the amazing expanses of the Broadwater.
He has been fortunate enough to experience the development of the Gold Coast first-hand over the past 40 years. This knowledge has equipped him with a fantastic understanding of the Coast which he has drawn upon during 23+ years working in the property sector (six years of property development and an additional 17+ years in real estate sales). This background has provided Steve with a concise appreciation of both sides (buying and selling) of a transaction.
