Professionals Mandurah under new leadership to capitalise on region’s explosive growth

Professionals has entered a new chapter in Mandurah, with respected local real estate agents Vicki Bredendeck and Sharon Anderson now leading the brand as Co-Principals, capitalising on the Pell region’s significant growth.

Mrs Bredendeck said Mandurah continues to present strong opportunities for buyers and sellers, driven by interest from investors, upgraders and lifestyle-driven buyers. According to PropTrack data, Mandurah boasts some of the highest capital appreciation rates in Western Australia.

“Properties are achieving strong results, but for us, it’s never about making a quick sale.

It’s about doing the best thing for the client and building long-term trust,” Mrs Bredendeck said.

“Sharon and I are building the business with longevity, rather than chasing short-term market conditions. There are always new agencies popping up when the market is strong, but we’ve both worked through the tougher cycles.”

Similarly, Mrs Anderson said the strength of the local rental market and ongoing investor demand make it an exciting time to establish a new office.

“The rental market is incredibly strong, and there’s still a very active investor market in Mandurah, which is creating a lot of opportunity for growth,” Mrs Anderson said.

“We’re already seeing strong word-of-mouth referrals from previous clients, and we’re building relationships with other Professionals offices as well. The collaboration across the network is a huge advantage.”

The pair first worked together at Professionals Mandurah, under the leadership of Laurie Hird before he retired. They then went on to pursue separate opportunities across the local market and ultimately reunited to launch their own business to continue the Professionals’ legacy in Mandurah.

Mrs Bredendeck said opening their own office under the Professionals brand was an easy decision, having both worked at Professionals Mandurah previously.

“At first, we looked at starting the business independently, but the support, marketing power and reputation of the Professionals brand made it the right fit for us.”

“Having been a part of the Professionals network before, we’d experienced this firsthand. You’re not just another number within the group. Every member contributes to making the brand stronger, and there’s genuine collaboration and support between offices.”

Professionals CEO Sean Hanneberry said Western Australia remains one of the brand’s strongest markets, making the continued presence in Mandurah an important cornerstone to that success.

“Professionals has a deep history and strong community presence across Western Australia, and Mandurah has been an important part of our history and presence in the state,” Mr Hanneberry said.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Vicki and Sharon back into Professionals as Co-Principals, as they launch a new chapter for Professionals in Mandurah.

“Their combined expertise across sales and property management, along with their strong community connections, positions them for long-term success, and we’re excited to support them as they grow their business.”
