The South Coast’s most established real estate business is entering a new chapter, with Ulladulla Principal Murry Conran joining the Professionals network.
After acquiring the business four years ago and operating under the First National banner, Mr Conran said the decision to join Professionals was driven by a desire to support the business’s next phase of growth.
“Over the past four years, we’ve more than doubled in size to become the largest sales team in the local market and have organically grown our rent roll, setting a strong foundation for our future,” Mr Conran said.
“But to build on this momentum, it’s important we’re part of an organisation with a clearly defined vision, strong leadership and a commitment to protecting the brand over the long term.
“The Professionals network stood out immediately.”
“Their investment in brand, marketing and long-term growth strategy aligns closely with where I want to take the business over the next five to ten years.”
Mr Conran said he was particularly drawn to the network’s membership-based model and collaborative culture.
“Real estate is ultimately about people and relationships, and from the first conversations I had with Professionals, there was a strong sense of collaboration and support,” he said.
“It’s a network where principals genuinely help one another succeed while still maintaining their independence in their local markets.”
Professionals CEO Sean Hanneberry said Mr Conran’s track record, reputation and commitment to his team will be an asset to the Professionals network.

The business’s move to Professionals comes at a time of continued confidence across the Ulladulla region, with the area’s diverse property market continuing to attract strong buyer interest, largely driven by downsizers from Sydney, Canberra and Wollongong.
“While the local market has had its ups and downs, it remains relatively buoyant thanks to the strength and diversity of the area. We’ve got a broad mix of property, from coastal homes and suburban houses to lifestyle acreage and high-end beachfront properties,” Mr Conran said.
As of 1 July 2026, Mr Conran is operating his business under the Professionals network.
