About Stephen
Stephen is licensed in Real Estate, Auctioneering, Strata Management and Stock and Station. Stephen has worked in the Armidale Real Estate Industry since 1989, most if that time specialising in Property Management. Stephen heads up the commercial and residential property management department.
When previously purchasing Ray White Armidale, his main focus was to build on the existing Property Management Department in order to have it recognized as Armidale’s finest, offering a superior service to landlords.
In the first year of operation, Stephen increased the original rental business of 100 properties to 275 properties. This increase was a direct result of his personal interest in each individual client and their investment portfolio, regardless of size. This is still the Property Management Department’s philosophy today.
