TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering the Professionals QLD Mastercard Competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
PROMOTER
The promoter is Professionals Group Australia Ltd, ABN: 55 624 414 437, of Suite 9, 63 Annerley Road, Woolloongabba, QLD, 4102.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Entries for the competition open at 9:00am AEST on Thursday 1st February 2024 and close at 5:00pm AEST on Friday 29th March 2024.
ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS
Entrants to the competition must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be a resident of Queensland
- Complete an online request for a sales or rental property appraisal via
https://sale-appraisal.professionals.com.au/qld-mastercard-promo/ during the promotional period - Attend and complete a sales or rental appraisal with a Professionals agent during the promotional period
- Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter and associated agencies and companies, contractors or individuals are not eligible to enter this competition. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.
The eligibility criteria must be met within the promotional period. All entrants will then go into the draw to win the prize(s).
HOW TO ENTER
Entrants must meet the eligibility criteria set out in clause 3.1.
Each property entered into the online appraisal form will be eligible to go into the draw. There will be one entry per property. Any property unable to be entered into the draw will be manually recorded by the local Professionals office, and added to the final prize pool for the draw.
There will be ten (10) winners chosen from the total pool of entrants. Each winner will be selected, at random.
The draws will take place on Friday 12th April 2024 at 2:00pm AEST at Professionals Real Estate 9/63 Annerley Road, Woolloongabba, QLD, 4102.
The winners will be notified by phone and email before Friday 19th April 2024. The prize(s) will need to be collected from the participating Professionals office. The address will be supplied in the email.
The promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter will not enter into correspondence with the winner(s) regarding the result.
ENTRIES PERMITTED
Only one entry is permitted per property address.
PRIZE(S) DETAILS
Ten (10) prizes each consisting of two (2) Mastercard Gift Cards with a value of $1,000 each. The gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issue. The date of issue will be the draw date. The gift card can be redeemed online at webjet.com.au
Total prize pool is up to $20,000.
THE WINNERS
The winners of the competition will have their first initial, surname and suburb published on the Professionals website at professionals.com.au at the time of the draw. The details will remain there for four (4) weeks after the draw date.
Each participating office may promote the name and photo of the winners on their office websites and/or Social Media pages.
In the event that the prize is not claimed by any of the winners drawn on the draw date, a second draw will take place on Friday 19th April at 5:00pm AEST. The winners of the second draw will then be notified via phone and email and published as the winners as according to 4.6 and 7.1.
NO LIABILITY
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it at a later date under these same conditions.
