After purchasing my first home through Methven Real Estate in 1999 and receiving the most excellent level of service & professionalism from them, in 2000, I decided to join them. Having spent 13 years in the banking industry, this was a great stepping stone into the Residential Rental Assistant position. I look after the administration of Residential Rentals with everything from processing tenantƒs rental payments, to owner statements, bank reconciliations, to paying accounts for the trades people employed to carry out work on our rental properties and much much more. It is an exciting place to work and there is always something different happening. Itƒ's lovely to meet so many people from the area coming in to visit sales agents or paying rent or making a general inquiry. I have lived in Mooroolbark for 34 years so my knowledge of the area is vast. I can recall housing estates that were just paddocks that I used to play in as a child, so itƒ's nice to have something in common with our clients when they come in. I enjoy working locally for such a reputable company and plan on being here for a long time to come.
