Professionals Real Estate has set a record for technology adoption, achieving the highest utilisation rate and significantly outperforming industry peers.
According to Canva usage data from May to July 2025, 98% of Professionals’ users are active, publishing nearly 20,000 total designs in just three months. This translates to 49.4 published designs per user – more than three times the industry benchmark of 13.6.
Professionals CEO Sean Hanneberry said the high usage comes just six months after the group’s business transformation and deploying Canva and Properti across its network of 190 offices throughout Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Papua New Guinea.
“It’s promising to see our members embrace the tools and technology so quickly and using them to grow stronger businesses and deliver better results for clients,” Mr Hanneberry said.
“It shows that we’re all aligned on the company’s direction to become the most connected and marketing-driven real estate network in Australasia.”
Ranked as the network’s #1 Canva power user, Kelly Bouzige, Principal of Professionals Tamborine Mountain, in the Gold Coast Hinterland, said the office had experienced significant cost and time savings since rolling out Canva and integrating it with Properti.
“Once we had Canva and Properti at our fingertips, we jumped on it straight away because we saw the potential immediately,” Mrs Bouzige said.
“The difference it’s made to our business – especially for our social media – has been massive. What used to take me 15 to 20 hours a week and cost us up to $25,000 a year is now automated for only $100 a month.
“The real game changer has been the automations – they’ve completely transformed the way we market our listings and services. From posting just listed and just sold updates, to sharing Google reviews automatically, it all runs on autopilot, saving us both time and stress.
“It’s freed up our time to show our office culture and build relationships through organic social posts.”
Professionals’ Canva usage data also revealed time spent per published design was only 4.2 minutes, compared to the industry benchmark of 1.1 hours, representing significant time savings. The average cost per design published was just $0.38, while the industry benchmark was $1.03.
