ABOUT THE EVENT SERIES
We are very pleased to announce the date for the 2022 Principals Workshop. This event is designed for those Principals who want to increase sales and managements to grow their business, streamline their processes and motivate their teams! This annual event is a principals-only event where all will come together and educate other Principals across your state.
The event will provide first-class training and motivational speakers within a workshop-style setting so that you are not just watching and taking notes but interacting and sharing ideas with your peers and other business leaders.
This is a unique opportunity to ‘step outside’ the day-to-day and think holistically about your business, about your people and about YOU.
We have put together three amazing speakers coupled with a Principals-only group update provided by David Crombie.

CHRIS MERCER

Chris Mercer’s extensive experience in the real estate industry dates back to 2001 when he helped launch Ray White Group’s Wealth Partners across Australasia. Since 2006 he has operated his own business, providing consulting and outsourced bookkeeping services to a variety of real estate offices around the country. Chris has worked with hundreds of Principals both branded and independent to improve their business’ profitability.

GREG JEMMESON
LEGAL DIRECTOR @ JEMMESON FISHER
As Jemmeson Fisher’s legal director, Greg manages the firm’s legal department and oversees all legal matters. Greg is a specialised real estate legal practitioner. Prior to practicing as a solicitor, he headed up the Real Estate compliance area within Fair Trading. He has been involved in the Real Estate sector since 1990.
Greg works closely with recognised industry trainers such as Josh Phegan, Lee Woodward and Tom Panos. The legal arm under Greg’s guidance, act as advisers to industry bodies, franchise groups and advisory board.

LEE WOODWARD
CREATIVE DIRECTOR @ REALTAIR
Launching his real estate career in 1992, Lee catapulted his way to the top 2% of sales agents in the country within his very first year. Breaking multiple industry records in compressed time, he quickly captured the attention of the nation. Vocally passionate about real estate and the people who, like him, have chosen to make it their profession, Lee set his sights early in his career on enhancing the professionalism within the industry to such an extent that consumer perception of real estate agents would dramatically improve.
He accomplished his mission through the delivery of strategic training, systems and solutions that specifically targets the needs of real estate agents and enables them to connect more effectively with their customers. Best Known for developing the flagship course The Complete Salesperson Course which has been attended by thousands of agents.
