Amanda is an easy-going country girl who embarked on her real estate career by renting space in a small country theatre and town hall in 1994. Over 30 years, Property Management has evolved into her true passion. Known for her firm yet fair approach as a Property Manager, Amanda excels in dispute resolution, mediation, and negotiation, boasting a remarkable track record of rarely losing court cases. She thrives on tackling complex insurance claims and eagerly welcomes challenging cases.
Amanda's strength lies in her exceptional communication skills, fostering enduring business relationships within the industry. Her extensive experience spans working for some of the largest franchise offices in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. Currently, she revels in managing acreage properties in the Jimboomba area.
A holder of a Bachelor of Business from SCU, with a specialisation in trust accounting, Amanda continues to dabble in this field when needed. She also possesses a Post Graduate Certificate in Adult Training and Development from SCU, making her adept at mentoring younger industry professionals and adeptly explaining detailed legislation to property owners and tenants in easily understandable terms.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Amanda is afflicted with the travel bug, devoting nearly all her free time to exploring new destinations.
